How do we prevent abuse?
We review new accounts and constantly monitor email flow to detect misuse, phishing, and spam. We use criteria such as WHOIS, IP information, and behavior patterns.
All users agree to our Terms and Conditions before creating an account.
If we detect unusual activity, we act immediately according to our Anti-Spam Policy.
Our auditors review suspicious campaigns and approve or reject them before they are sent.
Our subscription forms only work with the double opt-in method, which requires a confirmation email. This helps us prevent unwanted emails.
We automatically include an unsubscribe link in all emails. Recipients can opt out at any time.
Despite our efforts, it’s inevitable to receive some abuse reports. Here’s what we do about it.
How do we fight abuse?
We include headers with specific information in every email to make abuse reporting easier.
We immediately investigate any abuse complaints we receive. If the email or user appears suspicious, we suspend the account during the investigation.
We work with major email providers and anti-spam authorities to receive Feedback Loop alerts. After reviewing them, we remove the complaining recipient from the contact list.
If the sender has violated our Anti-Spam Policy and/or our Terms and Conditions, we suspend or delete the account depending on the situation.
