Help us make the internet a friendlier place, free of unwanted emails!
What do we consider spam?
An email is considered spam when the recipient did not give consent to receive it, and it also contains:
Use non-existent contacts or honeypot emails in their lists before or after sending.
Invitations to browse adult content websites.
Unrealistic prize offers.
Discounts on prescription medications.
Annoying content because it:
- Hinders access and readability of emails the recipient *does* want.
- Takes up disk space or mail server capacity.
- Causes concern or wastes time.
What do we expect from our users?
In addition to following Email Marketing best practices, we expect you to commit to:
Not sending to contacts who have not authorized you. It's crucial that all your subscribers have agreed to receive your emails.
Using the tool only for lawful purposes. Sending any content considered illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or abusive is prohibited.
Not using the email sending service to forward viruses, Trojans, worms, or any other program that interferes with the normal operation of any computer system.
When we suspend an account
We suspend accounts that:
Use lists with non-existent contacts and/or include honeypot emails within them, before or after sending a campaign.
Exceed a 10% bounce rate in the same campaign.
Receive spam complaints.
Engage in or attempt phishing. In this case, suspension is immediate and permanent.
Suspension is automatic when an anti-spam entity reports it. What happens during suspension? The account will not be able to send emails, or download or upload contacts. It will be able to work on its lists according to best practices and lift the suspension (if possible).
When we delete an account
When an account is not eligible for reactivation after a suspension. In this case, sends and all information are permanently lost.
